definitely check egay(ebay)!!! i completely rebuilt my 05 636 from ebay for under $1200.00, some brand new parts and some used. i have the same bike as you so let me know if you need anything else. you might also check local or driving distance salvage/scrap parts. also check this and other forums zxforum.com, kawiforum.com, ninja6zone.com in the for sale parts threads. you can really pick up some inexpensive parts up in forums. once we get more members and this site gets more word of mouth out we will have that option here at kawaskiforum.com. let me know if you have any other problems.
