zxbooxz 09-26-2008, 05:47 PM winter is coming up and for some of us that means no riding and more time for tinkering around on the bike or other toys in the garage. what is everyone planning on doing to their rides this winter? i think i'm gonna work on a new paint scheme and other simple add-on mods. Ninja Queen 11-02-2008, 03:57 PM Well - I wrecked last year on the PA turnpike and while my bike and I pretty much made it out alive, my front fairing got pretty banged up. I used racing tape to hold it together for this last year. The tape is splitting and it just looks plain awful. Hopefully I'll be getting that taken care of in the off-season. Gibson@STG 12-04-2008, 02:54 PM redoing my suspension on my 2003 zx6. new paint on the race bodywork and probably a new clutch. gonna try the zx6r to zx6rr conversion to a slipper. i want it really bad with out having to drop the cash on a yoyodyne.
