Ok the bike is a Ninja250R 2008 model

I want to know if a dash like the 650R nijna can be made to fit?

local dealer said no because 650R is fuel injected and ninja 250R is carby

is there another model that can be used, like the dash on the 650R and not the dial one currently on the 250R?

Im no expert but i think what he's getting at is that no "dash" from a FI bike will work, itll probably have to come off a carbed bike.
Not trying to trash your bike at all but i wouldnt spend too much $$ trying to bling out a 250, its usually just a waste.
Just for fun though you might look at what Bluegauges.com might be able to do for you.

this will be a fun bike, just blinging it out because I can, it never was going to be my only bike. I ridden a few years so I am not restricted to riding smaller bikes (just sold the Ducati) its just at the moment I want to play around with this little bike just for the heck of it.

I just want to see how far I can go with this project, will be interesting what I can do with the base model in the looks department, I have LED's indicators front and rear on order.

I want people to look at it and think, "You managed to that to a 250?"

so any ideas are welcome

so far I have:
1) Had it factory lowered 4 inches
2) rear cowel
3) taken off rear pegs(Looking for new section so it doesnt look like it ever had rear pegs)
4) Fender elimantor
5) Two brothers exhaust
6) LED front and rear indicators

as you can see I want to play with this bike it wont be my daily rider just a bike in the shed as my project
