I found an excellent 2003 636 in flat black on craigslist for a steal, and I checked the VIN and it is not stolen, so I went to visit the guy. he said that he doesn't have the title because the guy before him didn't have the title and I was wondering if I could get a bonding title and be able to get a license plate and registered and stuff.
