Cool weird sounds

I've herd that vulcans can make some weird noises.Mine makes a sound like clicking from left engine cover and it kind a makes a knocking noise.The bike seems to run pretty well.It's a 92 1500.

Its better u read the manual or take it to the local mechanic. All the best.

^^I agree. I would say read the manual first, if you dont get any information here. Take it to the mechanic if needed but that is going to cost you. Before taking to the mechanic look around on the web to see if there are more articles related to your issue. Hopefully you can get it taken care of, good luck

my vulcan also start making a strange noise in the top part of the engine, has oil, colling, it seems to get very hot but the needle never goes beyond the half way, any word of help? it has only 7000 mile

This weird sound produced when Vulcan on 100 MPH or your bike asking for maintenance or there will be oil filter problem. Some times engine makes sound after changing oil because new oil takes time to reach on all parts of engine.
