Question HELP!! PLZ ..did valve adjustment now problem

Just Did valve job on my 05 zx 636 And now there's a loud metal on Metal noise when I start it. It's not the cct and all the valves are in spec. The crank sprocket is at 1.4 and the cam sprockets are as the manual says even with the top surface of the case. The cam chain is taut on the ex side and there are 28 pins between marks but the mark on the inlet cam sprocket is slightly above the case surface. Could being out of timing cause the noise? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

metal noise

just a thought but if there are oil passages in the heads some debris gasket sealer etc could be blocking one of the channels the oil uses to get to the top end
i am old school so this could be a source of a good joke but i have done a few valve jobs and its a possibiklity
good luck
