Brake problems

I put new clutch and brake handles on. took my zx 10R down the road for a test drive and the front wheel locked up on me. Brake pads stuck to the rotor when i came to a stop and the wheel wouldn't turn i went down to the front wheel to the bleed valve's i cracked them opened and the brakes let loose. My question should I have bleed the brakes or what? And will it be okay after I bleed them?

Pistons may be stuck. Also check the clips or some parts missing.
