Starts great. Dies when warm.

I have a 1974 100cc Kawasaki. It runs fine, starts 1st kick. When it gets warm, it dies. What I've tried: cleaned spark plug, petcock and fuel filter fine, gas tank clean. I pull the gas cap to make sure not a vacuum issue. It's old, been sitting for 7 years. Crazy, but it started first kick after dropping a battery. It just won't stay running.
