timmcc I found out that it was a security light actually. It stays on for almost three hours after turning the bike off. Thanks for the feedback though.

kartl Hmm interesting... Seems that the led still stores volts even if the circuit is already cut off. I would double check the installation there might be a short some where.

Integrated Taillight Issue

Hey guys-

I recently upgraded to a 2011 ZX10r and have made a few aftermarket changes to it.

I am kind of in a spot where I don't know what else to do.

I bought a Hotbodies integrated taillight and everything works fine (brakes, l/r signals) until I get off the bike and switch the engine off. When I do this, a small led light in the middle of the light stays on. I checked to make sure that I didn't have the bike in park mode where the lights might stay on and when the key is completely out it still does this.

As of now I am stumped, so if anyone has had this issue or knows how to fix it I would greatly appreciate the help.
